Tietoala ry (Association of IT sector Employees) is the biggest defender of employee’s rights in the IT service sector in Finland.
We are a member organization of the Union of Professional Engineers in Finland (Insinööriliitto, abbreviated IL).
You are eligible to join us if you work in a company in the IT service sector, registered in Finland. We don’t have any educational or further prerequisites.
When you join Tietoala, you become a member of IL as well.
