Tietoalan työehtosopimusneuvottelut jatkuvat
Tietoalan työehtosopimusneuvottelut jatkuivat tänään 4.12. tekstikysymysten käsittelyllä. Valitettavasti sopua ei vieläkään löytynyt, eikä neuvotteluissa ole edelleenkään päästy keskustelemaan palkankorotuksista.
Neuvottelut jatkuvat seuraavan kerran 11.12.2024. Toiveena on, että silloin päästäisiin ottamaan ratkaisevia askeleita eteenpäin.
Kuten elokuvassa Matrix todetaan: ”Hope. It is the quintessential human delusion, simultaneously the source of your greatest strength, and your greatest weakness.” Meidän tehtävämme on nyt kääntää toivo vahvuudeksi ja löytää ratkaisu yhdessä.
IT service setor’s collective bargaining negotiations continue
The IT service sector collective bargaining negotiations continued today, December 4th, with the discussion of text issues. Unfortunately, no agreement has yet been reached, and the negotiations have not yet been able to discuss salary increases.
The negotiations will continue next on December 11, 2024. The hope is that decisive steps forward will be taken then.
