TES-neuvottelutilanne 12.2.2025
Tietotekniikan palvelualan työehtosopimusneuvottelut jatkuivat tänään 12.02.2025. Kävimme läpi aiemmin työryhmässä muokattuja työehtosopimusta selkeyttäviä tekstimuutoksia ja palkkausjärjestelmän kehittämiseen liittyviä asioita. Neuvottelut jatkuvat 18.02. Neuvotteluja on käyty hyvässä hengessä. Vielä emme kuitenkaan ole tilanteessa, jossa työantajien edustajat esittäisivät meille konkreettisia palkkatarjouksia.
The collective agreement negotiations in the IT service sector continued today, 12 February 2025. We reviewed the text changes to the collective agreement that were previously edited in the working group and issues related to the development of the salary system. The negotiations will continue on 18 February. The negotiations have been held in a good spirit. However, we are not yet in a situation where the employer representatives would present us with concrete salary offers.
