TES-neuvottelutilanne 21.2.2025

Tietoalan työehtosopimusneuvottelut jatkuivat tänään 21.02. Kävimme läpi tekstikysymysten tilanteen ja sovimme uusia neuvotteluaikoja. Seuraavan kerran tapaamme 26.2.

Teknologiateollisuuden työnantajat ja Teollisuusliitto ovat eilen saavuttaneet neuvottelutuloksen, joka menee vielä em. tahojen hallintojen käsittelyyn. Jos sopimus heidän välillään saadaan aikaiseksi, niin pattitilanne alkanee vihdoin purkautua ja meidänkin alalla päästään vihdoin eteenpäin.

The collective agreement negotiations in IT service sector continued today, February 21. We reviewed the status of textual issues and agreed on new negotiation dates. Our next meeting will be on February 26.

Yesterday, the Technology Industry Employers of Finland and the Industrial Union reached a negotiation outcome, which still needs to be approved by their respective administrations. If an agreement is finalized between them, the deadlock may finally begin to break, allowing progress in our sector as well.
