Tietotekniikan palvelualan työehtosopimusneuvottelut jatkuivat tänään. Neuvotteluissa keskityimme palkkausjärjestelmään sekä yhteisten koulutusten suunnitteluun.
Keskiviikon 29.1. neuvottelu peruttiin. Seuraavan kerran tapaamme maanantaina 3.2.2025. Lisäksi olemme sopineet muutamista uusista neuvottelukerroista helmikuun toiselle viikolle.
Lainataksemme erästä tunnettua elokuvarepliikkiä: ”Tämä ei ole loppu. Tämä ei ole edes lopun alku. Mutta se saattaa olla alun loppu.” — Näin jatkamme määrätietoisesti kohti ratkaisua, joka palvelee koko alaa.
The collective bargaining negotiations for the IT service sector continued today. The discussions focused on the salary system and the planning of joint training programs.
The negotiation session scheduled for Wednesday, January 29, was canceled. Our next meeting will take place on Monday, February 3, 2025. Additionally, we have agreed on several new negotiation dates for the second week of February.
To quote a famous movie line: ”This is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.” — With this in mind, we continue our determined efforts to reach a solution that benefits the entire sector.
